Keith L. Jenkins has 29 years of work experience as a human resources professional working in six different industries. He is a social entrepreneur that currently serves as the President of The Oniru Group, a Human Resources & Leadership Performance Laboratory devoted to optimizing human performance in the workplace.
Prior to launching The Oniru Group, Jenkins served 9 years at Kettering Health Network, a $1.8 Billion hospital system located in Dayton, Ohio, in progressively responsible HR roles including Director, Human Resources Management and Chief Inclusion Officer. He also served in other organizations in the Dayton area, such as Reynolds + Reynolds, Merrill Lynch, Dayton VA Medical Center and Creative Memories.
Jenkins has extensive experience in Human Resources areas, such as, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee separations, workforce development, leadership coaching and performance management. Jenkins has led Human Resources initiatives that resulted in top decile performance when compared to national benchmarks.
Jenkins is a certified Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); as well as, holding the status of Advisory Board Co. Fellow. He also graduated from Wittenberg University with honors with a B.A. in Organizational Leadership; along with an A.S. degree from Sinclair Community College in Business Administration.
Jenkins also serves and financially supports several local non-profit organizations in varying capacities with a special emphasis on the homeless and human trafficked.
